Die Casting

In the pressure casting process, molten aluminum and zamak alloys at a controlled temperature are injected into the casting molds under high pressure. At the GP Foundry, casting parts of various sizes and weights for various sectors are produced using the pressure casting method. The cold chamber metal injection presses in the machinery park are advanced technology and perfectly designed machines. Aluminum alloys and zamak used in production are analyzed regularly. Parts produced by the pressure casting method are used in many branches of industry. Our company is in constant contact with our customers and exchanges information on technical details. Our goal is to provide the best service and create customers who are happy to work with us and trust us.

Surface Treatments

Deburring and Sanding

There are burr cutting presses, trim presses, sanding units and various benches within the facility for use in additional operations.

Surface Cleaning and Polishing

Surface finishing processes such as surface abrasion, degreasing, drying and polishing are applied. Smooth and clean surfaces are obtained thanks to the bowl type and centrifugal type surface treatment machines, vibratory dryers and sandblasting machines in the facility.

CNC Machining and Machining

GP Casting company has a large number of machines for machining, drilling, broaching, tapping and additional machining. There are 6 CNC vertical machining centers in our facility. In our factory, parts up to micron tolerances can be processed with high efficiency and quality with state-of-the-art CNC vertical machining centers equipped with the most up-to-date equipment. With our company's experienced staff, special Cad-Cam applications are created for each part, minimizing part processing time.



By carrying out the dyeing processes of our products with great care in our dyehouse, the final product quality has been improved. In addition to having a large paint facility capacity, we work with a staff of engineers who are competent in paint and chemical processes.

Quality control

In order to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement of quality in production, our company has two quality laboratories with spectral analyzers, 3D measuring devices and many other measuring devices for pre- and post-production testability. Sustainable quality methods are implemented by a team of young and dynamic engineers for quality traceability in every chain of production.



The technical teams in the professional personnel staff formed by GP Döküm are constantly and regularly trained in line with the aim of uninterrupted and sustainable production, and thus continuous maintenance is carried out.
